Located in Dallas’s premier downtown residential address, The Venue at 400 North Ervay offers a luxuriously modern setting with a rich history for those with discriminating taste. Whether its a wedding ceremony and reception, bridal luncheon and shower or a corporate event, The Venue offers multiple spaces for groups large and small.

The home of many historic court cases, this beautifully restored space is ideal for moot court cases, law firm luncheons and events.

Built in 1930, The Venue is adorned with rich and distinctive architectural details creating a unique and sophisticated setting not found anywhere else in Dallas. Full catering and event planning services are available.

The Grande Hall

The Grande Hall is on the first floor of the building with easy valet access to street level parking. Accommodating 200 seated or 300 cocktail style, the hall is adorned with hand-painted fresco ceilings and marble walls. The space is both light and airy and rich with historic character and charm.

Court Room

The Courtroom is a handsome and unique room accented with hand carved wood wainscoting, restored French painted ceilings and lots of natural light with floor to ceiling windows. The perfect site for a rehearsal dinner, corporate luncheon or wedding reception, this room accommodates 150 seated and 200 cocktail style.

Rooftop Garden

Where else can you have an outdoor event space with a spectacular view in the heart of downtown Dallas among such a beautiful display of water features, gardens and intimate seating? The lush green garden is the perfect setting for an intimate dinner, cocktail party or wedding reception.

Jaime and Ingrid

Jaime and Ingrid’s ceremony took place on the rooftop at 400 North Ervay, and while guests enjoyed cocktail hour in the court room, the rooftop was converted into a beautiful reception under the city sky. Jaime is a lawyer and Ingrid is a police officer, so we had lots of props to reflect that. It’s a must when your hashtag is #lawandorderandlove! The wedding was planned by Birds of a Feather Events

Meredith and Zachary chose a more organic backdrop for their 3015 at Trinity Groves photo booth at their wedding in March. The Southern Table hung natural greenery on the existing wall for something a bit different and out of the box. Congratulations, Meredith and Zachary!

Mary and Jeff decided to go modern with their photo booth at their Arlington Hall wedding in Dallas with black and white prints. I think we will be seeing this trend take off this year! The Kardashian family has been doing this black and white style for years and we are starting to see people asking for it – especially with the skin smoother!
